Shipping Policy

Please refer to the shipping chart for the state you are located.  An exact shipping cost will be confirmed once the order is placed.  Our goal is to eliminate excess shipping costs, therefore, certain products may not be available.

Fence orders delivered to a residential address, will incur a Home Delivery fee of $125.00 and will be added to your order due to the shippers cost for deliveries to residential addresses. This fee is charged to us on all residential deliveries to covers the cost of deliveries with smaller trucks. The delivery may also include a call from the shipper's local terminal to arrange for a delivery time. We cannot guarantee any particular day or time of delivery.

The free shipping is included for the lower 48 states based on zones and order amount. At this time our products are not available in Alaska or Hawaii.

After the materials have left the warehouse, it is the trucking company's responsibility to deliver the products to you in good condition. It is the customer's responsibility to be available at time of delivery to check all quantities of packages and inspect all items for damaged or missing packages.   If customer request incurs additional overtime, incurs a re-delivery fee, or uses other optional service from shipper, customer must contract these services directly with shipper and pay driver at time of delivery.

In compliance with DOT guidelines, the shipper only guarantees the product to be free from damage when the truck drives onto the customer’s property. Premier Products is not responsible for any damage or shortage caused by the delivery company. Customer understands that each trucking company provides insurance for damaged or shorted material while in transit. Problems are rare, but if they do occur, shortage or damage must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. We will assist, if requested, on freight claims as long as the bill of lading was signed for at the time of delivery as being damaged or short.

Sometimes an inspector will be sent out to see the damage or to note a shortage.  If proper papers are not signed at the time of delivery for any problems, it is the customer's responsibility to seek reimbursement from the trucking company for any damages or shortages. We will assist you in any way we can to resolve your problem if one does occur but it can be very difficult to try to make claims when no problems are noted at the time of delivery.
