Return Policy

Our customer service team is here to assist you to ensure the correct products are ordered for your project. Each order is customized to the customers needs and specifications based on the information you provide. All non standard products are not returnable, or refundable, in full or part, once order has been placed and customer has been issued a confirmation number. No return can be made without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

You must return the item(s) in its original condition and in its original store presentation box or container. Please place the items original box inside another box to protect the original for small items. The customer is responsible for the safe and undamaged return of all items. Please note that items that have been used or installed are non-returnable. Do not reuse packing or shipping boxes that have been damaged. Upon receiving the item(s) back, we will inspect them to make sure all parts, including installation instructions and documentation, are returned. Damaged or missing items will be deducted from your refund. Ship all items with signature required and insured. Failure to do so could result in no refund, if it is clear we had not received the item back. All items returned missing instruction manuals, original packaging materials or in an otherwise unsellable condition will not be credited. Shipping charges are non refundable.
